Update to 1.4.0.pre-alpha6

Changes:
- Print number of upgrade candidates
- Fix request addition
- Suggest manual resolution for UNSAT problems
- Check repository and force update if it is not valid
- Fix issue with seen packages not added to the request
- Use plain .so for all shared libraries requires/provides
