- Force rebuild all consumers to catch regressions early

5742c4b283 audio/lv2: Remove Python version restriction 
lv2 1.16.0, committed in poyrts r505568 included a Python 3.7 build fix:

  Upgrade build system and fix building with Python 3.7.

Remove Python version restriction accordingly

f85b566c50 Update KDE Plasma Desktop to 5.16.2 
Tuesday, 25 June 2019. Today KDE releases a Bugfix update to KDE Plasma 5,
versioned 5.16.2. Plasma 5.16 was released in June with many feature
refinements and new modules to complete the desktop experience.

This release adds a week's worth of new translations and fixes from KDE's
contributors. The bugfixes are typically small but important and include:
 * Klipper Always restore the last clipbboard item. Commit.
 * Discover: Improved notification identification for Snap applications.
 * Notifications: Don't keep non-configurable notifications in history.

8515ff13fb Add py-audioread 2.1.8 
audioread decodes audio files using whichever backend is available. The library
currently supports:
- Gstreamer via PyGObject.
- MAD via the pymad bindings.
- FFmpeg or Libav via its command-line interface.
- The standard library wave, aifc, and sunau modules (for uncompressed audio
  formats).

065337fac4 audio/guitarix-lv2: builds fine on arm* 
SSE-related error was probably a drive-by from powerpc64 but
confirming is hard as I can't find package cluster logs from just a
year ago. Even 0.37.1 builds fine on armv6 using current dependencies.
Looking at pkg-fallout@ archive only BROKEN_aarch64 made sense:
