8c133fa5db Update sqlite3 to 3.6.19 release: 
- fix thread-safe support (does it make sense to have an option to disable it?)
- add R*Tree index OPTION
- rework/simplify the port

617938836d Clean up SQLite and related ports. 
o Move databases/sqlite to databases/sqlite2.
o Fix dependency on databases/sqlite.
o Update sqlite2 to 2.8.15.
o Bump PORTREVISION, accordingly.
