4031a6967c Remove databases/postgresql-client because there can't be a -server, and having 
it installed prevents databases/postgresql7 from being installed, leading to
some dependencies problems

51b1b372f9 - Update to 1.2.48 
Versions prior to 1.2.46 contain a serious packet flood bug,
  as indicated in the changelog:

  "Fix infinite packet flood from DCC clients including dccproc
  observed by Benji Spencer, Clive Cleland, and Andrew Kent.
  I introduced this serious bug with the WIN32 changes in 1.2.33."

This update resolves the issue. Updating is strongly recommended
for any users currently using this port and paying for their traffic
by the byte.

2419cbe293 Update to version 4.60, the latest from UW. Several new features and many 
bug fixes are included. See
http://www.washington.edu/pine/changes/4.58-to-4.60.html for more information.

One wonky master site is removed, thanks to fenner's distfile survey,
and patches are regenerated as needed.

The idea for the patch to obey ${CC} came from the PR, the implementation is
my own.

368bff6d27 Convert to USE_OPENLDAP. I have no idea if this will work, since I don't 
use LDAP, but no one who does has stepped forward with a better patch.
