Joe Marcus Clarke	e78db356ad	Remove OpenSSL support in this port so that it does not depend on any other ... port to be installed. Note, the port still uses USE_BZIP2, but as soon as the local mirrors update, I will remove this as well. This prevents infinite loops on systems <= 4.6.
