Will Andrews	4f81d10ca9	Small improvements for remote build. The empty config directory is now ... removed. Use of macro APPENDDEF to allow confCOPTS. Also add TCPWRAPPER and IPv6 support for FreeBSD >= 4.0, as well as optional TSL support, patches for rmail & mail.local, and other changes.
