8ad0c3adab Resolve a few more symbols at compile/link time, rather than at 
run-time. This  fixes the  bz2 commands.  We link  against -lmd,  so use
<md2.h>  and <md5.h>,  instead  of <openssl/md[25].h>  (why  do we  even
install those separately?). Bump up portrevision.

Change the reference (in the comment) from -lscrypt to -lcrypt.

a3454389d0 Update to version 1.33. 
This version was tested locally by a few trusted committers & friends,
and is believed to *actually* be as usable and stable as version 1.28.
(unlike *cough*, *cough* other 1.3x versions which have caused no end
of problems...)

daa8cb06f0 From the software's self-description: 
Trf is a TCL extension library. It extends the language
	at the C-level with so-called ``transformer''-procedures.
	The package is able to intercept all read/write operations
	on designated channels, thus giving it the ability to
	transform the buffer contents as desired. This allows
	things like transparent encryption, compression, charset
	recoding, etc. Build upon this framework (and as proof of
	concept) a collection of tcl-level commands was implemented,
	most of them related to cryptography.

5edc1c3796 Fix an incompatibility with FreeBSD, which caused bonobo-activation-server 
hang-up randomly. After this update the package passes all self-tests buindled
with it. Also forcefully supply -pthread cc(1) option to guard from
libc/libc_r ordering issues I see on my -current box. Bump PORTREVISION.

a65931adcb Update to 1.0.8 
In addition, and this will be occuring with all ports that reference
MASTER_SITE_GNOME as the primary download point, move to using bzip2
tarballs (wherever possible), and place distfile in gnome distfile
subdirectory.
