8798bb8a94 Update PostgreSQL's snapshot to today. Included are numerous fixes and 
features, most significantly table spaces.  Release notes haven't been
updated yet, but since PostgreSQL is about a month or two away from beta,
it's time to start updating this port on a more regular basis.  Needless to
say, a dump/reload is needed when coming from the last -devel version.

3c088f1b9a Set an expiry date of 2004-08-20 for these BROKEN/IGNORE/FORBIDDEN 
ports.  They will be removed on or after that date if they are still
broken and no fix has been submitted to GNATS.

39565a0f8b Fix package building: 
- Use WRKDIRPREFIX;
- Replace the pre-extract target by BUILD_DEPENDS:configure + LIB_DEPENDS
  on postgresql7 (and then remove RUN_DEPENDS).

62ed1df86e I forgot to drop maintainership for these along with sqlrelay and

A few options and features from original port are missing
(WITH_GUI build, NOPORTDOCS build) but I do not have time for implementing
them correctly.

d7b47d8803 - Never build MiniSQL driver (it is broken) 
- Provide a real fix for building MiniSQL driver in case someone
will be interested in adding it back (including WITH/WITHOUT Makefile
knobs and correct pkg-plist conditionals).
