7b16658540 Add rl, a command-line tool that reads lines from an input file or stdin, 
randomizes the lines and outputs a specified number of lines. It does
this with only a single pass over the input while trying to use as little
memory as possible.

3c088f1b9a Set an expiry date of 2004-08-20 for these BROKEN/IGNORE/FORBIDDEN 
ports.  They will be removed on or after that date if they are still
broken and no fix has been submitted to GNATS.

will not work unless this compiles with Aspell support.

da1c0fd41d Add the PROGRAM_PREFIX option which allows installation of texi2html under 
a different name, e.g. ntexi2html, to avoid conflicts with similarly-named
programs from other packages.
