Do a "killall make fetch" to clear any remaining processes.

(1) Be a little less picky about finding read-only mounts.

(2) Create directories before trying to copy files over.
(3) There's no -a option to scp anymore.

Setup a client machine. Unmounts all read-only mounts that looks like

portbuild temporary mounts, deletes all the chroot dirs and copies the
portbuild script and the correct bindist tarball.
