Guido Falsi 4092f22bdc - Update yaml-cpp to 0.6.3 
- Removed TEST option since it fails to build. Disable tests
  unconditionally.
- Bump PORTREVISION on dependent ports. I've observed linker errors
  on startup due to library changes
