Because scripts/dkimproxy.out is patched, its timestamp may be after the one of scripts/dkimproxy_out.8, forcing a rebuild of the man page. - The Makefile are generated with autotools, and need gmake - Fix some syntax error in dkimproxy.out's pod section.
