Hiroki Sato da30dbe3f8 - Update to 8.62.

- Use OPTION for driver selection.
- Revert bogus Japanese font support patch.  This version already
  supports Japanese TTF/OTF.
- Add more Asian fonts in cidfmap.
- Clean up Makfile.
