Joe Marcus Clarke 1c9327234f Make these stylesheets XSLT compliant by making sure templates with the same ... name are not included multiple times into the same stylesheet. Instead, use <xsl:import/>, and nest them with the proper import precedence so that the proper overrides occur. As of libxslt-1.1.11, stricter template name checking is done with <xsl:include/>.
