Tim Vanderhoek f0dd53f0e9 Use the MANx variables. This commit only covers ports that ... don't USE_IMAKE, don't appear to change behaviour on NOMANCOMPRESS (many do, subtly) and don't install more than one manpage. Any port listed here is a good candidate for a general review simply due to age... For example, a number of them seem to patch an install: target into the program Makefile and/or arbitrarily compress their manpages from patches/patch-*.
