Kelly Yancey c187203fd5 Clean up the fte port: 
* Use ${FILESDIR} where appropriate.
	* Include dependency on Xlib.
	* Add ability to install documentation.
	* Install config files under ${PREFIX}/etc rather than ${PREFIX}/lib.
	* Install config file compiler.
