Mah e878c1beb3 Update net/pchar port. ... pchar changes: Update to 1.3.1, adding new analysis algorithms and network probe types, an option to set the outgoing interface of probe packets, and a new "tiny traceroute" mode. Port-related changes: patch-pchar.8 folded into distribution, thus no longer required. Take over the port since I'm the developer of the original software.
