Jason E. Hale be16d93931 - Switch MASTER_SITES to SF. Using kde-apps.org requires redefining DISTNAME 
and WRKSRC (which wasn't done in previous commit causing the patch target
  to fail)

While here:
- Rename and make patches with 'make makepatch'
- Replace dead WWW in pkg-descr
