Alexander Leidinger c9b3d76515 - Fix fetch, the mastersite changed (but still is at aladdinsys.com) and ... the distfile was renamed (only the EXTRACT_SUFX changed and it still has the same content and checksum). - Some cleanup, no longer chmod(8) the distfile in DISTDIR executable without reason and add a do-build target to brandelf(1) the binaries instead of doing this in the do-install target so that the binaries in WRKDIR actually can be used after a `make all` run.
