Jimmy Olgeni 4ec20860a8 Fix for repeated "make install/deinstall" (development only). ... Don't ${MV} /tmp/webmin.sh to ${PREFIX}/etc/rc.d: create it in ${WRKDIR} instead, and use ${CP}.
