Peter Pentchev ab4732f429 Add the sigq12 patch, which allows the svc utility to tell supervise to ... send SIGQUIT, SIGUSR1, or SIGUSR2 to the daemon process. OPTIONS'ify - all but the STARTUP_SCRIPT variable, which is a string, not a flag. Appease portlint partially - unquote the RESTRICTED message. Bump PORTREVISION. Requested by: "Brent B.
