- changed post-patch target to prevent the installation to files into ${ETCDIR}
by distutils and to replace occurences of /etc to ${PREFIX}/etc
- Changed post-install target to install the files into ${ETCDIR}
- Updated the shipped cinder.conf.sample
- Updated pkg-message
