Tijl Coosemans 0bfc0ed369 - Remove USE_AUTOTOOLS=libtool 
- Add USE_AUTOTOOLS=libtoolize (and others) because the configure script
  hasn't been generated with the same version of libtool as the bundled
  ltmain.sh script
- Remove -fPIC and --with-pic
