Lars Koeller ee87533c1f o) Dokumentation is installed per default with bacula-server
Optionally it could installed in bacula-client, too
o) Extend pkg-message to give a hint to the bacula-client port
   and the optional installation of the docs there.
o) Fix some smaller issiues in the  Makefile
