Alexey Dokuchaev e5622822e1 Convert the patch in the "context diff" format which no longer correctly ... applies by the modern FreeBSD patch(1). Patch was applied on the FreeBSD 8.4 and then regenerated with ``make makepatch''. While here, replace hardcoded ``/usr/local'' with ${LOCALBASE} as appropriate, merge in the change made with sed(1), and typofix + shorten the COMMENT text.
