Scott Long ce034b2fd5 Make the cdrecord portion of cdrtools compile. 5-CURRENT defines ... _POSIX_MEMLOCK, which was causing cdrecord to think that mlockall(2) was available. Of course the real solution is to not define _POSIX_MEMLOCK until this is true.		2002-10-19 17:05:27 +00:00
