Cheng-Lung Sung dbf397fb95 * Update to 1.12.0. 
* remove BUILD_DEPENDS of wmf, since it should addressed in
  GraphicsMagick or ImageMagick
* Propagate the NOPORTDOCS setting to the software build using
  --disable-htmldoc on the configure script
