It remove the svn directories from ... some fpc ports. - Added PORTREVISION for each port - Fixed pkg-plist on fpc-gtk2 and fpc-gtk ports - Fixed the gtk, glib and gdk libraries linking for fpc-gtk - Removed obsolete patches from fpc-gtk.
