This fixes the following critical issues: * x0vncserver can either crash itself, or crash the X server it is connected to * The servers might crash if the clipboard is updated just as a client is connected * The vncserver service can fail to start on SELinux system if ~/.vnc doesn't exist While here, add NO_ARCH=yes to java viewer.
