net/apinger: do not apply autogenerated files and other sane stuff

Somebody had no idea of how the port(s) work and there could be a
couple of security implications. Let's just focus on cleaning this
up: remove autogenerated patching, actually use bison to force the
generation and some other stuff that portlint wants us to do.
