73a44fca8d opnsense/bsdinstaller: bring back swap activate; closes #17 
This was removed in commit d6fcf59ae.  Unfortunately, the base
system is incapable of cloning a file or directory that is greater
than the amount of available system memory.  For embedded devices
or sparse VM configurations this will fail as the installer needs
some 700ish MB in order to install fine.

Previously, this wasn't considered a viable approach as this will
still fail on embedded installations where no swap is configured.

For this we have nano-style images, these don't require an install.

407aacab8c opnsense/apinger: new home for apinger, digerges too much 
I don't think FreeBSD ports should pick up our version as it has a
number of patches that make it imcompatible with the original apinger.
After adding a manual page and and updated changelog we shall release
version 0.7.  :)

fee575de67 opnsense/acme-tiny: consistent package names, a thing of the past? 
The package origin name is "py-acme-tiny", the usual python rule is to
expand to "py27-acme-tiny" but here it just uses "acme-tiny".  I don't
even want to know why.
