Sync the latest additions from FreeBSD with our older 2.7.12 port,
the flowd segfaults still happen so we cannot update to 2.7.13.

cce23da8e4 lang/python27: switch to 2.7.10 
We merge this ahead of FreeBSD, mostly to make use of the builtin
fixes for LibreSSL builds.  Many thanks to Bernard Spil for his
work on this!!!
