cce23da8e4 lang/python27: switch to 2.7.10 
We merge this ahead of FreeBSD, mostly to make use of the builtin
fixes for LibreSSL builds.  Many thanks to Bernard Spil for his
work on this!!!

e77fb8c940 lang/python27: add experimental libressl support 
This works for production purposes, so let's merge it in.  It seems to
take ages for this to progress in the ports tree, but we don't want
to sit on two branches any longer.
