libdvbpsi is a set of tools which allows to decode and generate all the

Program specific Information (PSI) present in a MPEG2 TS or a DVB stream. The
|
|
two keywords are portability and simplicity.
|
|
|

- Program Association Table (PAT, MPEG2)
|
