Franco Fichtner 7451690d60 opnsense/*: work around a non-category PKGORIGIN 
Can't use "opnsense" as a category without future merge conflicts,
but origin looks better for ports building (and more compliant with
poudriere in the future).

While there, clean up the Makefiles according to recent standards.
