5423027d67 net/freeswitch: Fix dependency 
- There was a LIB_DEPENDS to postgresql12-client and also USES=pgsql for
  OPTIONS_DEFAULT PGSQL which caused a recursive dependency cylle to
  trigger rebuild everytime poudriere is being run.
- Although in previous commits it was mentioned that it builds fine with
  i386 that is not the case. It still fails to build 12.4-RELEASE i386

100696aa37 emulators/snes9x-gtk: Update to 1.62.3 
Build system has been switched upstream from Meson to CMake.

Drop DEBUGGER option since it has no effect. Even with the definitions
added to build the debugger, the build fails with multiple errors.

5fa214fd32 security/rnp: do not install lib/libsexp.a 
The static library libsexp.a conflicts with the library of the same
name installed by the devel/sfsexp port. It is only used to build the
rnp and rnpkeys binaries, but not needed for any other port.

e4f35938f0 news/inn: Ignore more domain/FQDN errors for poudriere

ddc73a4bb4 lang/ghc: Starting with GHC 9.2.7 switch to the Hadrian build system. 
Hadrian is a new build system for GHC which is written in Haskell and requires
bootstrapping process. Ugh. Luckily, we only prepare a source bootstrap
archive as bootstrap GHC has everything needed to build it.

Hadrian also fails to build GHC on i386 so build it the old way for now.

809d194919 databases/py-pymssql: Update to 2.1.5

 - Revert deprecation.

 - Support Python-3.8. Update tests for Python-3.8 compatibility.

 - Use correct language level for building Cython extension.

 - Fix FreeTDS version checks. Add check for version 7.4.

 - Use Github Actions for building wheels for Linux, macOS and Windows.

 - Drop bundled FreeTDS-0.95 binaries.

 - Unless some critical bug is discovered, this will be the last
   release with Python2 support.
