During the 12.4 Sunset pre/post target was removed but CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE
is used in post-install target which can be used only with pre stage.

FreeBSD-SA-23:19.openssl affects all supported releases of FreeBSD.
FreeBSD 12.4 reached its end of life at the end of December 2023. Users
are encouraged to either implement the documented workaround or leverage
an up to date version of OpenSSH from the ports/pkg collection.
Download the official release tarball instead of using USE_GITLAB.
The release tarball eliminites the need for autoreconf.
Use DISTVERSION instead of PORTVERSION for consistency with Porters
Handbook.
Remove stray USES=gnome.

o) remove third-party cookie_flag module, the functionality supported
natively by the proxy_cookie_flags directive;
o) update third-party ndk module to 0.3.3;
o) update third-party lua module to 0.10.26.rc2.
Updated version of the lua module can be built with pcre2.
Bump PORTREVISION.
