993ca87fed japanese/mh: include errno.h for errno 
errno must be accessed by a macro from errno.h.

Due to the sheer number of instances use REINPLACE_CMD to replace most
instances of "extern int errno;" with "#include <errno.h>".  In a few
places the errno decleration was a function-scope global where
including a header didn't make sense patch those out (the files already
included errno.h).  This isn't the most elegant, but it's the least of
the issues with this code.

svg-edit-moin 2012.11.27 (XStatic packaging standard)

svg-edit-moin javascript library packaged for setuptools (easy_install)
/ pip.

This is a modified version from svg-edit r2164 of 15 Nov. 2012 adding:
- moin save extension added
- svg-edit config contains moin save extension

This package is intended to be used by any project that needs these
files.

It intentionally does not provide any extra code except some metadata
nor has any extra requirements. You MAY use some minimal support code
from the XStatic base package, if you like.
