gThumb2

This tree packages patched gThumb 3.12.10 as gthumb2, with an Alt+W scripts menu in the image and GStreamer viewers. Executable scripts in ~/.config/gthumb/scripts receive the current local path as their sole argument.

Port

ports/graphics/gthumb2 provides a separate graphics/gthumb2 package and gthumb2 command. It installs the program under /usr/local/gthumb2, uses the unique org.gnome.gThumb2 desktop/metainfo/icon identity, and has no file-path overlap with stock gthumb.

The port is built for jail 15_1_release_amd64, ports tree 2026Q3, and overlay codex_latest. Build inputs are in lists/; use the overlay publisher to create the separate feed:

/usr/local/poudriere/overlays/codex-latest/scripts/publish-gthumb2.sh

The feed is /usr/local/poudriere/data/packages/15_1_release_amd64-2026Q3/gthumb2 and is intended to be served alongside the regular FreeBSD repository.
