    1. Integrated telegram-bot-api locally running on k8s cluster, so no more telegram public API limits
    2. For YouTube and other web sites where video and audio media split, mk-dl-bot downloads video and audio streams in best quality separately and then joins them with ffmpeg
    3. If no format was found, then fallback to whatever format is available

    Features:

    1. Downloading with yt-dlp: youtube, tiktok, other websites that yt-dlp can handle
    2. Permission request system for user and chats, as well as admin commands

    Problems:

    1. Recently youtube dropped format id 22, which had both video and audio in one mp4 container. Therefore bot will resort to last av format which is 480p
    2. Bot may download a very large video (>2GiB) and will fail to upload on Telegram
    3. Doesn't implement any command to download with specified format

    Problems will be resolved in next releases
